Impressions at Opera Bastille

(Until 28 March 2026)
Impressions, two distinct choreographers, coming together for one genre defying, fearlessly modern and innovative contemporary dance show. The first piece, created by the British duo Morgan Runacre-Temple and Jessica Wright, innovatively explores the use of video in dance. They offer a reflection on how technology can interact with movement. In contrast, the second creation, Étude, by Spanish choreographer Marcos Morau, focuses on the duality between darkness and light. Morau explores how these elements can be used to manipulate space, emotion, and perception, while questioning the shadow as a reflection of light.

La Voix humaine – Point d’orgue at Théâtre des Champs-Elysées

(Until 17 March 2026)
La Voix Humaine, Francis Poulenc’s lyrical masterpiece inspired by Jean Cocteau, gives voice to “Elle”, a woman alone on the telephone, abandoned by the man she loves. A heart-rending monologue, taut with emotion, where the personal becomes theatrical… brought to life here by the expressive power and sensitivity of Patricia Petibon.
