Classical Ballets
Rudolf Nureyev's La Bayadère
- At Opéra Bastille from 17 June to 12 July 2026
- La Bayadère is inspired by the ballet of Marius Petipa. The action unfolds in a mythical India, where the temple dancer Nikiya and the noble warrior Solor are secretly in love. However, Solor has been promised by the Rajah to Princess Gamzatti. Where Petipa favoured elegance and symmetry, Nureyev enriches the choreographic score with a new dramatic density, demanding dazzling virtuosity from his dancers, particularly in the male variations, usually more restrained

The Lady of the Camellias
- At Opéra Palais Garnier from 5 to 23 May 2026
- Inspired by the novel by Alexandre Dumas fils, The Lady of the Camellias tells the tragic fate of Marguerite Gautier, a courtesan who falls in love with a young man, Armand Duval. Set in 19th-century Paris, Armand is torn between love and social conventions. It is this intense and impossible love story that choreographer John Neumeier has transformed into a moving and deeply theatrical ballet. An unmissable event for ballet lovers, for those who seek deep emotion – and for all who cherish literature.

Romeo and Juliet
- At Opéra Bastille from 2 April to 12 May 2026
- Created in 1984 at the Paris Opera, Romeo and Juliet by Rudolf Nureyev, set to the vibrant music of Sergei Prokofiev, has become a landmark of classical ballet. This powerful, dramatic and deeply theatrical version has returned regularly to the stage of the Paris Opera since its premiere, as it embodies a complete, demanding and heartrending work. Based on the 52 numbers of the complete score, Nureyev’s choreography blends theatrical realism with historical precision. The confrontations between Capulet and Montague take on the form of violent and chaotic street brawls, captivating and enthralling the hearts of the audience in this bittersweet tragedy.

Solo for Two du grand Mats Ek.

Dance Shows
Le Ring de Khatarsy by Alice Laloy
- At Théâtre du Rond-Point from 20 to 30 May 2026
- In a circular ring, bodies clash, fall, and rise again. This isn’t a boxing match, but a broader struggle: that of the human being facing contradictions, violence, and bursts of tenderness. Alice Laloy, also a puppeteer, blurs the lines between the living and the artificial. The performers become puppets of flesh, animated objects, haunting and powerful figures.Le Ring Khatarsy is not a conventional show: it’s a physical and sensory journey. A performance where theatre meets dance, puppetry, and visual art.

The Rite of Spring by Dewey Dell
- At Théâtre Silvia Monfort from 28 to 30 May 2026

The stage becomes a space of metamorphosis where the performers – dressed in striking costumes – embody the wild forces of spring: vitality, sacrifice, rebirth. Stravinsky’s music, performed by MusicAeterna under the direction of Teodor Currentzis, elevates the ritual with a constant tension between hypnotic beauty and primal brutality
