What can be better to get the mood started than an authentic theatre performance?

Funny Girl: You may recognize the name of the show thanks to Barbra Streisand who played the lead role back in 1968 when it became a film. A film which the way, was nominated for 8 Tony Awards! The Broadway Hit Musical is sure to get some laughs out of the both of you thanks to the main characters' quirky personality. The show is wonderfully humorous and alluring due to Christina Bianco who plays Fanny Brice and has an enchanting voice that will instantly capture your attention.

Ghost: Yet another Broadway Hit originating from a popular movie. Ghost the movie features Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore, and Whoopie Goldberg, these amazing actors, and director made it possible for Ghost the Musical to swing into full action and winning the hearts of millions worldwide. Ghost the musical tells the story about love having no boundaries nor limits. Not even death could keep the main characters from being apart. Let the performance melt both your hearts with a romantic rom-com.

Cyrano de Bergerac: The story of the most famous love triangle in history between Cyrano de Bergerac, Christian, and Roxane. Who will end up with who? You’ll both just have to find out yourselves. The dramatic yet humorous show translated with English subtitles will leave you in tears!

Giselle: Living up to its name as a classic, Giselle is a ballet performance that began in France and was introduced in 1841, disappeared from the face of the earth a couple of years later and made its grand appearance once again in 1910! Luckily the show will be playing on Valentine’s Day and is inviting all lovers to watch it and fall in love all over again with its romantic storyline integrated within the dance choreography.

Saint Germain Concert: How does listening to The Four Seasons by Vivaldi or Schubert and Caccini’s Ave Maria sound to you? Like heaven on earth am I right? The experience will feel like perfect angels are reciting the rhythm of those classic melodies in your ear. Picture yourself sitting next to your sweetie inside one of the oldest churches in Paris, made up of gothic styled architecture inside and out. Now, this is a winner.

Set the mood with some jazz

Established back in the 80s by two brothers, Sunset Sunside Jazz Club has become an all-time favorite for both locals and tourists. The entrance might be deceiving, but there are two floors in the locale hence the name Sunset Sunside. In Sunset there is more of an electro-jazz vibe while in Sunside there is acoustic jazz, the best part of all is both places are cozy so you can sit front and center if you wish to have a better view of the live band playing instrumental jazz. Tickets are expected to sell fast for this club, so we suggest booking yours as soon as possible.

If you and your partner are morning people, then this may be the best way to start your day off in the most romantic way. Holding hands while running or setting up a small competition between the two or with other couples around. You can register for the 5 or 10 km race.

Valentine’s Day in the dark

Le Manoir de Paris isn’t only exciting on Halloween, it also has a deadly romantic theme on Valentine’s. To spice up the relationship maybe a little scare will do? She will jump right into your arms or the other way around as soon as someone comes popping out, can it get any more romantic? The Dark Night which is a theme only displayed on Friday the 13th and on Valentine’s Day takes you into the dark side with scary Parisian legends that will have you both screaming. An out of an ordinary experience on Cupid’s day.

Voluptuous Cabaret show

If you’re looking for seduction, look no further because there are steamy clubs in almost every district in Paris and when we say steamy clubs were talking about cabaret shows, of course. Our top 3 favorite cabarets to visit and that we highly recommend and so would others who have visited the venues are Lido, Crazy Horse, and Paradis Latin but don’t take our word for it, go check it out yourself. Each cabaret has its own themes so check out the websites before booking your ticket and check out which one both of you would enjoy the most. P.S. most of these shows have perks like champagne services or even dinner and a show.

Now, if you love cabarets and your partner is into comedy performances, we suggest booking tickets to Cabaret Burlesque. The flirtatious ladies will leave you without breath, it could be due to how sexy they look on stage or the fact that they will have you laughing throughout their performance. Watch out though, if you don’t want to be called up on stage we suggest not sitting in the front seats.
