Definitely known for their amazing coffee and servings of avocado toast, Fragments offers a simple and straightforward menu with vegetarian-friendly options. Their menu is handwritten on a blackboard in chalk and also in English, how convenient for us! But even so, plenty of local Parisians eat here as well, and it doesn’t feel like a touristy place at all. Since the café is quaint, meant to feel cozy, be wary of peak hours in order to avoid a long wait in line. Everything is made in-house, so you are sure to be served fresh pastries and goods at all hours of the day. Once you’ve finished with your delicious brunch or all-day breakfast in Paris, be sure to keep wandering around the Marais neighborhood since you’re already there!
