History and Fun Facts about the Son de la Terre
No... no way! An evening on a boat in Paris? Not possible. Yes, yes, yes, we can confirm it! It is entirely possible!
Moored in the heart of Paris in the shadow of the towers of the majestic Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral, the barge Le Son de la Terre is a unique venue where you can listen to live music, enjoy an excellent meal and experience real moments of conviviality.
This contemporary boat, designed by the Seine Design agency, has an elegant aesthetic and is moored at the foot of Notre-Dame. A particularly exceptional location that appeals to all those looking for an exceptional experience in Paris.
Le Son de la Terre offers an eclectic programme of music, with an emphasis on jazz and world music. Concerts take place from Tuesday to Sunday, with international and emerging artists. As for the cuisine, the bistronomic restaurant serves homemade dishes inspired by the flavours of the world and made from seasonal produce.
Fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, Le Son de la Terre strives to offer an inclusive experience to all its visitors.
Enjoy a timeless moment with friends during your stay in Paris. Hoping, of course, that everyone has their sea legs.
We had it! An evening on a boat in Paris is perfectly feasible!
