Highlights: Dans ton cœur
If you still associate the circus with acts, clowns or animals, Dans ton cœur will have you looking at the art of circus in a different light.
In this zany, inventive circus show, the spirited acrobats of Akoreacro meet the brilliant director Pierre Guillois bringing you an irresistible evening full of energy and good humour.
On the stage of the Théâtre du Rond-Point, each set is embellished with brilliant lights, energising music and astounding costumes. Eight acrobats and four musicians merge in a dazzling acrobatic hullabaloo, where bodies soar in dizzying stunts, accompanied by live music. A show for all the family!
Story: Dans ton cœur
The story of Dans ton cœur begins with a surprising encounter between two souls on a factory assembly line. Their love grows and children are born, but soon everyday life and dreams of elsewhere threaten their relationship.
Akoreacro's artists place physical prowess at the heart of their artistic approach, combining stupefying acrobatics accentuated with live music. For this new creation, they have invited Pierre Guillois to combine acrobatics with theatrical writing. The director's exuberant imagination brings new life to familiar gestures by intertwining the most outrageous pirouettes.
On stage at the Théâtre du Rond-Point, the most ordinary of objects like fridges and washing machines waltz while kisses are exchanged in the most unordinary of ways. A highly contemporary circus show that will appeal to all members of the family!

Théâtre du Rond-Point
Théâtre du Rond-Point
If you ever want to feel the pulse of the French theatre scene, the Théâtre du Rond-Point is the place to be! But which roundabout or "rond-point" is it exactly? It's one of the most famous roundabouts in Paris, located near the Champs-Elysées, smaller than the famous Etoile roundabout under the Arc de Triomphe. Since 1981, it has attracted a host of directors from all over the world and a host of people with a passion for theatre. A major venue for contemporary creation since 1991, the Rond-Point does not programme "what people like, but what they don't yet know they’ll like", according to Jean-Michel Ribes, the theatre's current director. A real creative programme focused on living authors creating stories in real-time!
