TheatreinParis.com is an award-winning French start-up company, serving as the only online ticketing platform in English and French with a mission to bring Parisian shows to international audiences (theatre plays, musicals, comedies, cabaret shows, operas, dance, jazz clubs, concerts). To support our growing international clientele and ensure seamless operations, we're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Customer Service and Operations. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fast-growing start-up in Paris with a highly international team, where you can significantly enhance your customer relations and project management skills.

 

REQUIRED PROFILE

Your main missions will be the following:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email, providing excellent support and information.
  • Assisting with project organization and management, ensuring smooth execution of various operational tasks.
  • Verification and updating content on our website, ensuring proper configuration of data and information displayed online to maintain accuracy and quality.

 

Necessary Soft-Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
  • Empathetic and patient, with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced "start-up" environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, collaborative team.

 

Necessary Hard-Skills

  • **Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.**
  • Bachelor's degree / L2 minimum or Master's degree (missions and autonomy will evolve with skills).
  • Strong command of email and chat communication tools.
  • Good knowledge of the Google Suite (especially Google Sheets, Docs).
  • Basic understanding of website content management (no coding required, but familiarity with online platforms).

 

Bonus Skills

  • You have previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • You have a passion for theatre, musicals, or performing arts.
  • You're familiar with CRM software or ticketing systems.
