Panthea – Theatre in Paris is the European leader in surtitling for theatre and opera.

An award-winning Franco-German cultural tech firm, our mission is to make theatre and opera accessible to the widest possible audience. We notably developed the first multilingual surtitling solution for augmented reality glasses, currently utilised by several major festivals across France and Europe.

Panthea is active across the sectors of translation, projection hardware sales and rentals, and performing arts ticketing.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will oversee the management control of various activities for our international and national ticketing platform, Theatreinparis.com, as well as our translation and accessibility services for the performing arts, panthea.com.

 

MISSIONS

With a focus on dynamic growth, particularly on the international stage, the intern or apprentice will be responsible for the following missions:

Operations:

  • Management control of our projection hardware inventory
  • Overseeing project profitability tools
  • Monitoring monthly financial KPIs
  • Management control of ticketing sales

 

Strategic Projects:

  • Assisting with the budgeting oversight for France and Germany
  • Issuing recommendations aimed at enhancing operational profitability
  • Preparing grant applications for our technological innovations
  • Implementing automated management reporting systems

 

Candidate Profile and Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Management Control, or Financial Administration
  • Proficiency in English and/or German is highly desirable
  • Rigorous analytical skills, strong interpersonal flair, and a high degree of autonomy
  • Expertise in office productivity tools: Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of AI techniques and automation (particularly APIs) would be a distinct advantage
  • Minimum education level: BAC+5 – Master 2, Engineering, or equivalent
