This week in lockdown was yet another opportunity for the arts to come through and give us something to keep our creative juices flowing. Here’s a summary of what we enjoyed most:

It was a great week in the world of theatre streaming, starting with Belgium’s federal Opera House offering a number of their productions to an online audience. You don’t want to miss this - click here to check them out!

The Ballet Lorent’s Rumpelstiltskin is also being streamed online all the way from the UK. With the production specifically edited for online viewing, it’ll feel like you’re back at the theatre in the flesh. Have a see for yourself!

If an online production of Jesus Christ Superstar doesn’t get you moving, we don’t know what will! Andrew Lloyd Webber is streaming this as well as many of his other iconic musicals online, with Jesus Christ Superstar kicking things off on Friday 10th April! It’s all on YouTube, so definitely keep your eyes on this channel in the coming weeks. The show must go on!

One of our favourite museums, Musée d’Orsay, has organised a virtual museum tour in partnership with Google Arts & Culture. Take a trip through the impressionist and post-impressionist pieces and immerse yourself in the enchantment they behold!

Our blog has also been updated this week, commencing with a post highlighting the musicals and more set in Paris, you’ll definitely start to feel the spirit of the city again after reading this, it may even inspire you to book to see a show in Paris for the upcoming season!

We were also very excited to announce the release of tickets to Lion King, The Musical, coming to Paris this autumn. We published a blog post detailing the history of the Lion King and its productions to get you in the spirit of this scintillating spectacle to come. Why not book tickets to see it in Paris for yourself?
