CRM & Customer Care Intern

Working with the marketing team, the intern will take care of client requests, contribute to improving the company’s customer care procedures, implement automated and manual CRM actions, create marketing content in English, complete client data analysis, and contribute to the marketing strategy of the company.


GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE INTERNSHIP is an award-winning French start-up company, serving as the only online ticketing platform in English bringing Parisian shows to international audiences (theatre plays, musicals, comedies, cabaret shows, operas, dance, jazz clubs, concerts). For the last 5 years, we have welcomed guests of more than 60 nationalities and counting.

To support the strong growth of our online sales (x10 over the last two years), we are looking for an enthusiastic individual interested in customer care and customer relationship management. This 6 months internship is an opportunity to work for a quickly growing start-up in central Paris with a highly international driven team where you can grow your skill set.



As an intern, you will:

  • Manage pre-sale and post-sale customer service operations through telephone, email and chat
  • Make recommendations on ways to improve existing customer care process and tools
  • Manage CRM daily operations in order to grow conversion and loyalty (lead generation, marketing automation, upselling, etc.)
  • Create high quality English content for our newsletters and emailing campaigns
  • Analyse customer service and CRM data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization



Essential :

  • Current student in marketing, communication, hospitality, tourism or related field (a ‘convention de stage’ will be required)
  • Language: native English required – good level of French desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • International mindset
  • Empathetic, perseverant and problem solving oriented
  • Strong writing and grammatical skills
  • Creative with a hands-on approach
  • Up-to-date with the latest CRM best practises and tools
  • Analytics oriented mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Team participation skills and willingness to work hard, learn and train

Desirable :

  • Knowledge of Paris and French culture
  • Previous experience with CRM tools/softwares
  • Familiar with Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager), HTML, CSS and any programming
  • Previous experience in the tourism and/or ticketing industry would be a plus
